The Candidate will be required to provide leadership over the sales department and along with the management, create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPI's for the business.He/She must also possess exceptional sales skills and a consistent track record in sales conversion success and performance. He must also be able to manage multiple priorities and take initiative.Minimum of B.Sc in Real Estate/Business Administration/Management or any related discipline.M.Sc is an added advantage.Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in a sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment.
