- Organizing and managing production, set targets and meeting targets:
- Issue quotes, tenders, bids for jobs, deal with payments and receivables.
- Oversee overall staff matters - payee, pension, salary & HR matters.
- Oversee stock take/usage, quality control, product purchases.
- Develop sales strategies.
- Design, build and maintain company social media presence across all digital channels.
