Job Description:

EOS Outsourcing Limited is part of the international EOS Corporation Group, which provides services to the Oil and Gas Industry. We have successfully implemented the largest projects in this sector and support the largest companies specializing in comprehensive project execution (Engineering services, Deliveries, and Construction). With over 15 years of experience and a strong presence in the global market, we are aimed to helping our clients develop their business globally. We are Manpower pooling to fill this position.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Participate in field-level planning in the area of logistics. 
  • Participate in program planning and daily scheduling of trucks.
  • Provide technical and operational support to the drivers, as well as advice on the application of logistics management best practices, systems, and procedures.
  • Take initiative in the improvement of the logistics function.
  • Assess existing logistics operations systems and advise on corrective measures to be undertaken.
  • Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of drivers’ performances.
  • Conduct special management reviews and/or follow-up on audit observations to assist in the improvement of office procedures and practices related to logistics.
  • Develop key performance indicators by which third-party truck contracts can be managed.
  • Ensure timely transmission of logistics monitoring information, and distribution to the head office.


  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Transport or related field.
  • Professional certification and membership with CILT is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience


  • Ability to understand the language of drivers and motor mates and be able to relate well with them.
  • Ability to organize and implement driver training.
  • Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office suites, and tracking applications.
  • Ability to establish harmonious working relations in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, innovate, plan and execute ideas and systems in a target-based environment.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely express ideas and concepts in written and oral form.
  • Proven ability to enforce safety procedures.
  • Good analytical and negotiating skills.
